Sophisticated Living Showcase

The November/December 2020 Feature Story in Louisville’s Sophisticated Living showcases one of the residential remodeling projects we completed in collaboration with Ron Waltz (Bittners, Interior Design) and Ed Krebs (Architect, K. Norman Berry Associates Architects).

This three-year project converted a portion of a Kentucky landmark building into a penthouse that rivals anything you’d expect in New York City, giving the cover story its name, “Big Apple in the Bluegrass.” Bridget Williams, the Editor and Chief at Sophisticated Living, Louisville, referred to the space as “a cosmopolitan penthouse” and “a showstopper.” She described the attention to detail in materials, custom woodworking, art, and adornments as entering “a room full of superlatives.”
