The Voice Features A new Korean BBQ restaurant
The Voice-Tribune featured the newest and most innovative of Louisville’s restaurants. KTC Construction and Pickett Passafiume Architects partnered up to design and build what was the first-ever in the region (and the nation).
Pickett Passafiume Architect’s principal and partner, Nick Passafiume played off the theater-type feel of the restaurant in designing this amazing space. Then, enters Kiel Thomson Construction to bring this one-of-a-kind cooking experience to life.
Utilizing an under-floor network of an intuitive ventilation network, they created a unique experience where each table supports its own grill so chefs can cook for its guests in an intimate experience.
