Before groundbreaking, we make plans for securing the job site, coordination of sub-contractor schedules, material staging, and ongoing quality control. We also coordinate with state and local inspectors – frequently bring them in as the structure is being built to show them the process. Our project managers will keep you informed of the progress. In some cases, we install a remote camera with a vantage point that allows you to monitor the site remotely.
